Where we ship

Tendroot currently ships to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12 PM ET may not enter fulfillment until the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or US federal holidays.

During peak seasons (spring planting rush, holiday season), processing may take 3–5 business days. We will always communicate delays via email.

These are carrier estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address are outside our control.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order from your account page.

Shipping restrictions

Address changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, email us at orders@tendroot.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot change the address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package and, if necessary, send a replacement at no cost. Photos of damaged items may be required.
