All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Tendroot offers a 30-day grow-or-replace guarantee on all seeds and live plants. If your seeds fail to germinate under reasonable conditions, or if a plant arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Photos may be required.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the Tendroot name and wordmark — is the property of Tendroot (Drito LLC) or our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to Tendroot, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

Tendroot is not responsible for growing outcomes, allergic reactions, or interactions with other plants, animals, or substances. Always follow seed packet instructions and consult local extension services for region-specific advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tendroot (Drito LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
